Pig on a Pellet Cooker!

This pig weighed in at 36 pounds. After injecting it with liquid seasoning and rubbing the inside of the body cavity with spices, the pig rested in a cooler overnight. It went on the FE100 at 7:15 a.m. on Thanksgiving morning. The FE100 is a pellet-fired cooker designed by Fast Eddy Maurin of Kansas City, built by Cookshack, Inc. in Ponca City, Oklahoma with a Traeger Industries pellet-fire system.
